The 2015 Clandon Park House Fire

 In April 2015, Clandon Park House - an 18th century mansion in Surrey, England - caught fire due to an electrical fault. Following the blaze, a team of archaeologists spent months painstakingly excavating the house. They were able to recover about 100 significant items.
