Original Message:
My name is Maddie Cooper, I am a Preventive Conservator [at the Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts], and I am looking for folks who work with public art collections. If this is you, please consider participating in this short survey, and if you know someone who this applies to, please pass along!
Protecting Public Art Collections is an NEH-funded research and development project focused on creating a framework for remote risk assessment and emergency planning for public art collections using Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping. As part of the research for the project, we have developed a short (10-minute) survey to gauge how those responsible for the management and care of public art collections are currently engaging with emergency planning.
The survey is designed for those that work with public art collections. If you would like to participate, please follow the link. There is an option to make your responses anonymous if that's what you would prefer. If you would like to learn more about the project, please visit our project site.
